 Troubleshooting

Paper is made from wood fiber which contains lots of small rooms. When the flower is placed in water it absorbs the water through the small rooms because of the Capillary Action until its fiber is extremely wet. The fibers in the paper flower swell and expand when placed in water, causing the flower to open!

 Extensions

  1. You can make more flowers of different shapes, different colors.
  2. You can put the paper flower first on the center of the plate and then, add the water.
  3. Our toothpick shares the same principle. Check out.
